Mike's Bites

If you're looking for a hearty breakfast in upper Bangor, you're sure to find it at Mike's Bites. Their breakfast menu is impressive, to say the least, and features the 'Greedy Bastard' - a mountain of a meal which, if completed under 80 minutes and with a few other conditions, earns you a coveted place on their leader board. Their Mike's Moo-Shakes are a definite must-try when visiting; Raspberry and Vanilla is a particular favourite of ours as it tastes eerily close to a Raspberry Ripple ice cream.

One thing to consider is that the cafe is currently cash only, but across the street there is an ATM conveniently located. However, wait times can sometimes be up to 15 minutes, even when not at busy periods. Although not the best that Bangor has to offer, it is a Bangor Bites favourite and very much recommended by us.
